Rules, Terms and Conditions
The contestant named on this application must reside or go to school in the state where she competes (see www.namiss.com/residency), and she must participate in her correct age group. Neither the contestant, nor any of her immediate family members, are employed by National American Miss, Inc. or Inspired Life Productions, Inc. In consideration of being accepted as a contestant in the state pageant, we the parents and/or guardians of the contestant named on this online official state application, do hereby release National American Miss, Inc. and Inspired Life Productions, Inc., its staff, directors, subsidiaries, parent companies, assigns, employees and servants, from any and all claims and damages directly or indirectly resulting from named contestant participating in the National American Miss events; and we give permission to National American Miss, Inc. and Inspired Life Productions, Inc. to use the contestant's photographs, speeches, testimonials, videos, etc., for publicity purposes and future material. It is agreed and understood that any scholarships, prizes, awards, or college allowances which are part of the state and national programs are provided by the named school, agency, business, organizations, sponsor or college and the amount and/or value of such prizes, awards, scholarships or college allowances are determined by such. National American Miss, Inc. and Inspired Life Productions, Inc. shall have no liability in regard to such prizes, awards, grants or scholarships. It is understood that all fees are non-refundable without exception. Contestant may only participate in one National American Miss state pageant within a calendar year. Any discount cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, and/or credits.
