For over 20 years, Matt Leverton has built an incredible program that has inspired, empowered, and uplifted countless young women. We are honored to continue the legacy he created and are committed to carrying forward the traditions and values that make NAM so special. We also want to say thank you to Matt for guiding us and trusting us to fill such an important role. We have big shoes to fill!

A Little About Us

Madisen has been a part of the NAM family since its very beginning — competing for the first time at just 9 years old. Over the years, she went on to earn multiple state and national titles, making NAM a life-changing part of her journey. Her experience in pageantry inspired her to pursue a career in entertainment and ultimately build a business with her husband, Victor

Together, we bring a deep understanding of the NAM experience — from the excitement of being a first-time contestant to the lifelong friendships and opportunities it creates. Now as parents to two little girls, we understand more than ever the importance of providing positive, joyful experiences and wanting nothing but the very best for the people who mean the most to you.
